An award-winning broadcast veteran, Frank built his career in two worlds: mainstream radio and contemporary Christian broadcasting. At WNBC in New York, he became one of America’s most listened-to afternoon radio personalities. He subsequently spent 33 years at KLTY in Dallas, helping build the station into one of the nation’s leading commercial Christian radio stations.
During his tenure at KLTY, Frank served in multiple leadership and on-air roles, including afternoon personality, operations manager, program director, and morning show host. The station earned eight NAB Marconi Awards during that era, and Frank played a significant role in its success.
